CEO

Simshares is led by our Founder and current CEO, Captain Rudolf Brockhausen, born in 1976, who is an active and experienced international Airline Transport Pilot.

Experience flying on Citation series at the age of 19, then joining a major airline to fly B737, at the age of 21, he has been airline experienced and Rated on multiple aircrafts, such as A320, B737, B757, B767 and B777.
 
Captain Brockhausen's career has been developing, besides flying, into a proactive & disciplined leadership, by his formation in aviation, working for C-Suite in management strategy, operations & implementation projects.

As entrepreneur & investor, active in the simulator training industry since 1999, he has been leading projects with suppliers, start-up & major airlines, developing network in segments such as banking investment.
 
Capable to lead C-Suite to leverage Teamwork in areas of Accounting, Financial, Investment, Legal, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Tax, Technology & Training, in investment projects beyond simulation.
 
He has been Founder, Chair & CEO in companies contracted by enterprises such as Airfrance, CAE, KLM, Lufthansa, to name a few, leading consulting projects, sharing expertise with boutique clientele.
 
Besides an Airline Transport Pilot, Entrepreneur and Investor, his interests include studying Arts, Medicine, Tax Law and Theology, to share & acquire knowledge, to better serve worldwide communities.
